This quote can be summerized completely by stating “Live in the Moment.” For many, it can be difficult to do this, BUT I believe children live this motto pretty well. We all can get bogged down with worrying about the future and what we are going to accomplish and yet we forget to live the present. We can also get stuck in the past and forget that we can move forward. I recommend not to set outcomes or expectations on an experience because you might just miss the moment. When we forget to breathe the moment, we start to deaden our senses and become numb to the divine around us. Embrace the moment. I would love for you to share your thoughts within this Spiritual Forum on how you embrace the moment.
This is a good comment. Could you please elucidate on how this can be achieved?
I have a few ideas myself, but I would like to hear yours first.
Gehrig,
