Exploring deep within may seem to be scary. With that exploration you gain wisdom, insight, inspiration, confidence and faith. You may have to get your hands dirty to find the gem within the muck…but it is there I promise you.

This is true, generally the moments when you learn most about yourself involves having to get a bit dirty. Sometimes it even means that you see the not so pretty side of yourself.
